Refund Policy

Damaged or Defective Services

In case of damaged or defective deliverables, the issue must be reported within the same day.

After verification, an appropriate resolution such as correction, replacement, or refund will be provided.
Refund Processing Time
If a refund is approved by ARS CARGO LOGISTICS INDIA PVT. LTD.,
the amount will be processed within 1–2 business days and credited back
to the original payment method as per bank or payment gateway timelines.
